Work HistoryI have worked in health care, since earning my degree in 2018, in homes, clinics and facilities offering therapy, support and empowering individuals in change. Working in an inpatient crisis unit versus an outpatient partial hospital program (PHP) offers different experiences and rewards. Inpatient I would be "on the front line" when someone was in crisis and needed extra support which many times included finding a safe place when discharging. In the PHP individuals were living with parents (ages 5-18 years) and needed a little extra support so they could get back to school, etc. During my time in private practice, I have been able to offer support in homes, in office and via telehealth. My experience in a vast array of settings has offered me unique experience in meeting people where they are.
