What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?

Before I discovered my passion for counseling, I worked in the music industry and was pursuing a career as a musical artist here in Nashville. I also struggled with significant anxiety and ADHD. Through growing and learning how to cope with my challenges in my own therapy, I realized I wanted to help others in the same way that my therapist had helped me. I have experienced firsthand the pain that mental health challenges can bring and how impactful therapy can be.
