What should we know about your experiences and background?
What if your therapist could be someone who has weathered similar storms before? Due to my own experience of ADHD and anxiety, I’ve been where you are — I know how hard it can be. I work with people who struggle to navigate major life changes, stress, lack of focus, or low self-esteem. Before I discovered my passion for counseling, I worked in the music industry and was pursuing a career as a musical artist here in Nashville. Through growing and learning how to cope with my challenges in my own therapy, I realized I wanted to help others in the same way that my therapist had helped me. I have experienced firsthand the pain that mental health challenges can bring and how impactful therapy can be.
