Work HistoryOver the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in both primary care and psychiatry, which gave me the chance to support people through a wide range of health and mental health concerns. In primary care, I saw how physical and emotional health are deeply connected, and I learned the importance of treating the whole person rather than just one symptom at a time. In psychiatry, I worked closely with clients facing ADHD, mood disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression, and sleep concerns. These experiences have shaped the way I practice today—combining medical knowledge with compassionate care to create personalized, practical, and effective treatment plans.
