What do you think is the biggest barrier today for people seeking care?
It is deeply concerning that stigma surrounding mental health continues to persist in our society. This stigma not only discourages individuals from seeking the support they need, but also perpetuates harmful misconceptions about mental well-being. Everyone deserves access to a safe, confidential space where they can speak openly and be met with empathy, understanding, and encouragement. We must continue to foster environments where individuals feel supported by allies, advocates, and champions of mental health—because no one should have to navigate their challenges alone.
