Work HistoryA few things to note about who I am that impact my therapeutic lens is that I am a person of faith, a wife, a mom, a biracial woman, & the daughter of a Liberian, West African mother who came to the States because of civil war in her own country. Professionally, I have a background as a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 15 yrs, am passionate about holistic wellness, and am a Licensed Professional Counselor based out of Texas. I shifted to Coaching after exploring the best options for providing flexible, consistent care for my clients regardless of geographic location and after identifying the best pathways to integrating my Christian holistic approach to the mind, body, & spiritual aspects of health. I have advanced training in a powerful brain & body-based approach called Brainspotting that I use in my Coaching practice nationally. I am passionate about supporting couples and the whole woman's wellness in mind, body, relationships, business, & faith!
