Work History

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a person who is thriving after suffering narcissistic abuse. Over the years, I have encountered many children, adolescents, spouses, as well as adult children of narcissistic personality disordered (NPD) parents presenting with increased levels of distress, grief, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), family estrangement, and feelings of abandonment resulting from the confusion surrounding the NPD family dynamic. My aim is to help you gain insight about your suffering, provide validation, process your pain, and collaborate with you to heal psychologically and emotionally. Another longing of mine is to walk alongside individuals who are experiencing grief. My hope is to accompany you in processing your loss, intense sadness, and pain. Furthermore, nothing is felt more deeply than the hurt endured due to the emotional distance and disconnect encountered due to relationship conflict. Marriage and relationship conflict can be managed when couples view their differences of opinion as an opportunity to learn, change, and grow. I aspire to understand your concerns, help you heal the hurt, communicate effectively, and rebuild trust.
