Get To Know Me
What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
My counseling style is gentle, trauma-informed, and deeply attentive to emotional healing. I provide a supportive space where clients can feel heard, validated, and understood while processing trauma, grief, narcissistic abuse, and painful relationship experiences. Together, we will work at your pace to build self-trust, strengthen boundaries, and create a more grounded, meaningful life.
What do you think is the biggest barrier today for people seeking care?
I believe one of the biggest barriers to seeking therapy is the fear of facing painful emotions, being judged, or having to confront difficult relationship realities. Many people struggling with trauma, grief, narcissistic abuse, or emotional neglect already feel overwhelmed and uncertain. Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, especially when someone has spent years feeling unheard or invalidated.
What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
I was drawn to counseling through a deep desire to understand how trauma, grief, and painful relationships shape a person’s thoughts, emotions, self-worth, and sense of identity. Over time, I became especially passionate about helping women heal from narcissistic abuse, emotional neglect, and the lasting impact of emotionally unavailable relationships. I chose this profession because I believe people need a supportive space where they can feel heard, understood, and empowered while working toward healing and healthier relationships.
