Work HistoryI’m here to help you know and live all that is possible for you and clear blocks such as self-doubt, fear, shame, grief and other very human emotions and experiences in your way. I’m an LCSW with decades of practice with thousands of individuals & groups of diverse identities, ages & life stories in a wide array of settings. Professional roles have included therapist, personal & professional coach, program director in CBOs, teaching, ritual creation, transformative decluttering and more. I weave together a range of therapeutic models such as IFS, somatic & nature based practices and more to create generative healing containers. My approach is collaborative, intuitive, creative and full of heart. I trust your knowing of what's right of you and thoughtfully guide you to connect with and trust that knowing. We have been collectively conditioned to believe that we are meant to be doing so much on our own but we flourish most when allow the support that we all need and deserve. I would love to support you on your healing journey to a full, connected & joyful life! I warmly welcome you to reach out and see if we are a match to work together. My work is a deep honor and joy and I am moved time and again by the profound healing transformation that emerges individually and collectively.
