Over my working career, I’ve specialized in supporting "teens and adults" dealing with "anxiety, depression, trauma, self-harm, and substance use. I’ve led "DBT-based Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP)." for adolescents, helping them build skills for emotional regulation, communication, and coping with everyday challenges. As a trained "EMDR therapist" and "experienced addiction counselor," I use a trauma-informed, nonjudgmental approach to help clients feel safe, understood, and empowered in their healing journey.
