Get To Know Me
What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
I became a therapist because I’ve always been drawn to understanding people and holding space for their struggles. What inspired me most was seeing how healing can happen through connection, safety, and being truly heard. Over time, I saw that real change is possible and I wanted to be part of that process. Helping teens and adults find strength, clarity, and hope continues to be deeply meaningful work for me.
What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
What’s important to know about working with me is that therapy will always be a judgment-free space where you can show up exactly as you are. I’m warm, kind, collaborative, and honest—I’ll support you, but I’ll also gently challenge you when it helps you grow. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start, we’ll move at your pace, and I’ll meet you with compassion, curiosity, and respect every step of the way.

Work History
Over my working career, I’ve specialized in supporting "teens and adults" dealing with "anxiety, depression, trauma, self-harm, and substance use. I’ve led "DBT-based Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP)." for adolescents, helping them build skills for emotional regulation, communication, and coping with everyday challenges.
As a trained "EMDR therapist" and "experienced addiction counselor," I use a trauma-informed, nonjudgmental approach to help clients feel safe, understood, and empowered in their healing journey.
