Get To Know Me
What is your style/approach to therapy?
My approach centers your wisdom, strengths, and values. These will be our north star guiding us. I offer warmth and an attentive ear. I invite clients to explore how past wounds show up in the present moment. We can't jump into a time machine to change what happened, but we can learn how those wounds show up today, expand your ability to manage what's challenging, and shape new beliefs about yourself, others, and the world. We do this by tuning into emotions and thoughts as well as going underneath to physical information stored in the body. I offer a liberation and social justice lens where your identities are welcome and expert guides in the process.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
You will feel deeply witnessed and attuned to following a session with me. We will also create coping skills that are tailored your unique needs in the moment. Over time, you begin cultivate a updated relationship with yourself, others, and world that is aligned with what is most important to you.
