Work HistoryOver 20 years, I have worked in a variety of settings, including outpatient mental health in a community agency, inpatient therapy, and intensive outpatient treatment for addictions. I attended Texas A&M University & have been a licensed therapist since 2001. I am licensed to practice in Texas, Florida & New Mexico. I enjoy helping clients navigate depression, anxiety, neurodivergence, trauma, first responder/veterans' issues, women's issues, & stressful life transitions. On a more personal note, I've been married for almost 30 years to my husband, a retired U.S. Marine, & have one daughter in college. I enjoy genealogy, gardening, music & spending time with my family & fur babies. My mission is to provide a safe, supportive, and confidential space where you can explore your challenges, build resilience, and discover paths to healing and growth. My style is warm and direct. I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs, drawing from a range of evidence-based, therapeutic modalities to support your journey toward emotional well-being. Your story matters. Let me help you write the next chapter with hope and strength. Contact me today to schedule a consultation (free of charge) to see if we're a good fit. Let's take that first step toward a healthier, more balanced life!
