Work HistoryOver the past 14 years, I’ve worked in both primary care and outpatient psychiatric clinics, which has given me the chance to support people from all walks of life. In these settings, I’ve helped clients manage ADHD, depression, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, and more. Each experience has taught me not just about the conditions themselves, but about the importance of listening, building trust, and creating care plans that fit the person—not just the diagnosis. My areas of expertise developed through years of sitting with clients, hearing their stories, and finding practical, effective ways to help them feel better and thrive.
