Work HistoryMy passion is supporting individuals in the pursuit of mental wellness and personal fulfillment. I am a licensed psychologist with expertise in diagnostic assessment and treatment for people of all ages. With over eleven years of experience, I am well prepared to help my clients find solutions for life's many challenges. I take a thoughtful, client-centered, and neurodiversity affirming approach to assessment and treatment. I view therapy as an interactive process to support individual wellbeing, empowerment, and overall quality of life. I specialize in complex assessment, including differential diagnosis of intellectual/developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder and ADHD, and mood disorders, such as anxiety and depression. I also implement a variety of evidence-based therapies to reduce distress and improve mental wellness for my clients and their families. I believe in normalizing the therapy experience. I invite all individuals to consider working with a qualified mental health professional. I take time to build strong therapeutic relationships with my clients. I am trained in many treatment types (including CBT, DBT, and ACT), and I will use my expertise to help you find tools and strategies that work.
