What is your style/approach to therapy?
I am a strong believer in the success of evidence-based therapy and in a client’s ability to achieve mental health growth. My approach is direct, yet compassionate.
I am currently trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) Flash Technique, and Desensitization of Triggers and Urge Reprocessing (DeTUR) protocols, Social Skills Training (SST), Skills Training in Affective & Interpersonal Regulation (STAIR), Emotion Focus Tapping (EFT) and Problem-Solving Skills Training (PST), Written Exposure Therapy (WET), Gottman Method for Couples (Levels I & II), and Life Goals Training (Levels 1 &2), Life Goals Collaborative Care and Whole Health.
