What is your style/approach to therapy?
If you’re struggling with feelings of self-doubt, anxiety, depression, feeling lost with your direction in life/career, or struggling with disordered eating, you have come to the right place. During our sessions, we will be doing values based work, along with CBT to explore if you are living a life in alignment with your core values. I challenge clients on their thoughts and actions to encourage them to be the best versions of themselves. I use approaches that emphasize growth and resilience. I believe strongly in embracing discomfort. I believe that in discomfort, there is growth; and with growth, comes change.

Education
DePaul University, Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Mental Health, 2022
Work HistoryTopics that we often explore in session are: your relationship with food, connectedness with your body, being in tune with bodily cues, how your talk to yourself, cyclical dieting, self-esteem, family history and ways of coping. I take a holistic approach to fully understand the root of the eating disorder.
I also support career driven women who are questioning their place in their careers. I went through the process of making a career transition myself, having formerly worked in Corporate America before transitioning to therapy. I help clients go through this exploration and identify what career feels aligned with their values, goals, vision & dreams.
