Work HistoryMy professional background before coming to counseling was in long-term care nursing and social work, so I have just over 10 years of experience helping folks to problem-solve and work through the struggles that come with life at a variety of ages and stages. I specialize in talking through life transitions and help folks to cope with: chronic and terminal illness, grief and loss, divorce, couples and women's issues, stress management, identity rediscovery, trauma and more. Therapy should feel like a creative, collaborative effort. My goal is to help you feel empowered and enlightened when you leave a session. You can count on me to use humor and a sense of open-mindedness to help you uncover your potential.
