Get To Know Me
What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
I have always wanted to help people but I didn't know in what capacity. As I lived my own life experiences, it helped me to focus on different ways that I wanted to help others who might be struggling with the same issues that I have gone through in my lifetime. I knew I wanted to help Veterans and Law Enforcement because of my family members who work in those fields. I knew I wanted to help those struggling with anxiety, depression, Autism, Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder, Bipolar, and learning disabilities because of my family members who I saw first hand struggle with those issues. I came to the conclusion that becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor was the best route for me.
