In what ways does your personality influence your approach to therapy?
My personality is very laid back and quiet. I have been told by several clients that even though I am quiet, I am a great listener and that I push my clients to think outside the box. Counseling is emotionally hard and scary at times. It is hard to say you need help, counseling should be looked at a new path to become emotionally stronger.

Work HistoryMy work experience has been working with individuals, couples and teens for over a decade. I have worked a variety of different backgrounds and used different therapy approaches that best fit the client I was working with at that time. The majority of my clients have struggled with panic attacks, racing heartbeat, feeling of overwhelmed fear, isolation and self doubts. Coming to therapy, the clients have seen overall improvements and learned healthy boundaries and coping skills to help manage their daily struggles.
