Work HistoryI started out as a school counselor in a private school and also worked in a crisis shelter for homeless and runaway youth. I left my professional role for a few years while my children were young and then returned to both the crisis shelter and an outpatient clinic. As the pandemic hit, I opened my private practice and have been loving the ease and accessibilty that telehealth provides. I pursued certification in sex therapy as I saw the gaps in my education and training and the need in my clients for that specialized knowledge and completed the certification process in 2024.
