Get To Know Me
What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
I chose to pursue a career in counseling to hold a space for individuals to feel safe in their mind and body.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I believe that holding a space for individuals to reconnect and heal the relationship with themselves is one of the most beautiful aspects of therapy. In my experience, therapy is a mixture of cultivating inner love, deconstructing shame, and allowing all emotions to exist without judgment. Laughter and tears are welcome too :)
My passions within the therapy world are working through trauma, anxiety, body image, and exploring gender expressions and sexual identities. I enjoy working primarily with adolescents and young adults and I strive to be queer/LGBTQIA+ affirming.

Work HistoryAt the moment, I am pursuing a Trauma Counseling Certificate.
