Work HistoryAre you or your child struggling with anxious thoughts? Feelings of sadness? Recent or past traumatic experiences? Day to day stressors? I am here to support you in processing these feelings, and creating your own path forward. I have experience working with clients ages 10 to 23 with trauma, anxiety, depression, and daily life stressors. I provide trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming care. I believe that you or your child are the expert, and utilize a person-centered approach. I am here to help in learning coping skills, changing negative thinking patterns, and utilizing tools for emotion regulation and building attachment. You or your child are not alone in dealing with mental health. Your mental health is just as important as your physical health. I am here to support you or your child on this journey, you do not need to go through this alone. I am currently accepting five (5) new clients (ages 10-26) for Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings. If you feel that we may be a great fit, please reach out via email or phone call.
