What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
If your mind won’t stop analyzing, checking, worrying, or chasing certainty, and you’re looking for a therapist to help you finally leave anxiety in the past, I can help. My practice focuses on anxiety, as well as OCD. Whether it’s constant “what if” thinking, mental reviewing, reassurance-seeking, health worries, panic attacks, or fears that feel disturbing or out of character, these patterns can feel overwhelming. Thankfully, they’re highly treatable with the right approach.
Since traditional talk therapy doesn’t always help anxiety or OCD, I use evidence-based treatments like Exposure Therapy (ERP), MCT, and Inference-Based CBT to help you break the anxiety cycle, not just talk about it. Therapy is active, structured, and focused on giving you new tools so the thoughts and feelings lose their intensity and control over time.
You can share thoughts you’ve been afraid to say out loud without judgment. We’ll take a collaborative, straightforward approach, usually with some humor along the way. As a supervised, provisionally licensed therapist, I stay aligned with effective OCD and anxiety treatments. Reach out for a free 15-minute consult to discuss next steps.
