She completed her pre-doctoral internship at Trinitas Regional Medical Center where she received intensive DBT training and provided comprehensive DBT to adolescents and adults. Prior to internship, Dr. Saltzman trained at NYU Child Study Center on the Anxiety and Mood Service; at New York Presbyterian-Westchester Behavioral Health Center; and at the Youth Anxiety and Depression Clinic at Rutgers University, where she specialized in treating youth anxiety and depression. Dr. Saltzman’s doctoral research focused on the impact of health behaviors on youth anxiety and depression severity.
