Education
Nova Southeastern University, Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, 2025 — My graduate training in Clinical Mental Health Counseling included work with individuals, families, groups, and school-based settings. My clinical interests include anxiety, emotional regulation, relationship patterns, identity development, trauma-informed care, and helping clients better understand themselves during periods of stress or transition.
Work HistoryI have worked with clients in counseling centers, group therapy, school-based settings, and individual therapy. My experience has included supporting adults and young adults with anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, grief, identity questions, life changes, and the effects of painful or overwhelming experiences. This work has shown me how often people can look like they are getting through the day, but deep down they feel anxious, stuck, shut down, or unsure how to ask for support. In therapy, I pay attention to patterns, emotions, relationships, and the ways people learn to protect themselves when life has felt too heavy for too long.
