I have worked with refugees from all over the world; I have worked in community health; I have years of experience working with substance use, homelessness, poverty, racism, and trauma in both short term residential and weekly therapy. My current specialties are working with people in larger bodies from a HAES/fat liberation perspective; working with queer folk; anxiety; higher education; creatives; social justice activists; I provide non diagnostic non pathologizing client centered work. My practice focuses on group, relationship, and individual therapy, and I have owned my own practice for over a year.
