Get To Know Me
What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
Our clinicians provide a safe, supportive and nonjudgmental environment for clients to increase self-awareness, self-love, healing, and hope.
In what ways does your personality influence your approach to therapy?
My personality tends to bring a balance of warmth, curiosity, and a little bit of lightheartedness into the therapy room. I’m naturally someone who enjoys connecting with people, so I try to create an environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves. Therapy can involve some heavy topics, but I believe a relaxed and approachable atmosphere can make it easier for people to open up and do meaningful work.
I also tend to be fairly upbeat and hopeful, which influences how I approach challenges with clients. I like helping people see their strengths and reminding them that change is possible, even when things feel overwhelming. At the same time, my experience as a clinician helps me stay grounded and thoughtful about the therapeutic process, making sure that sessions remain purposeful and focused on the client’s goals.
