I am experienced in helping clients to identify, understand and cope with thoughts and feelings of worthlessness and inadequacy. I also employ techniques to assist clients in reducing avoidant responses to life stressors, to practice self-compassion and to take action that is in alignment with your self-identified values. As a Level 1 Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I can also help you to re-establish a sense of safety, identify triggers, and reduce traumatic stress symptoms.
My approach is grounded in the belief that every individual has the potential to grow and change and is deserving of acceptance. I believe in using evidence-based methods that build upon the strengths you already possess. I would be honored to be given the opportunity to be a collaborative partner in your journey to creating meaningful change in your life.
