What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
I have always been curious about the human mind and wanted to learn more. I have also wanted to work in a profession that served others. This was my inspiration for wanting to become a therapist.
What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
I have a nonjudgmental approach and first and foremost I want my clients to feel seen, heard, and respected. I meet my clients where they are and help them to formulate, clarify, and work toward their own goals.

Work HistoryI have been working as an outpatient therapist for 5 years. Much of this experience has been in a community mental health setting, seeing clients of various ages and with a variety of issues and concerns. I have gained experience working with serious mental illness like Bipolar Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, and Schizophrenia, as well as working with people on common issues like relationship or family concerns, ADHD, anxiety, depression, life adjustments, and more. I began working in private practice in 2024 and I continue to work with many different clients, though my passion is working with young adults.
