Work HistoryWhen living during this phase called "Life" we go through many challenges, changes, and life adjustments that we do not expect to experience. We undergo unexpected life experiences that can determine and shape different methods in navigating the world in which we live. The multitude of complex challenges can mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually disrupt our daily lives. As your licensed therapist, I would like to partner with you and/or your family members to collaboratively manage, reconcile or resolve ramifications such as anxiety, depression, bi-polar, life adjustments, grief, family conflicts, trauma, internal dilemmas, substance abuse, and additionally copious life realms. I have the ambition to support, comfort, reinforce, foster identifying and creating healthy approaches to handle, maintain, and embrace life’s variations. By exercising evidence-based integrative therapeutic modalities and techniques to aid individuals internal and external experiences. I nurture a non-judgmental space.
