What is your style/approach to therapy?

My approach is to provide you the best information to allow you to make an informed and comfortable choice for yourself, whether that is incorporating medication into your treatment or not. I try to take a holistic and integrative approach to care. Treatment recommendations may include medication, therapy, diagnostics, and lifestyle changes that will support overall wellness. Please note that while I do provide a therapeutic encounter with all my patients, medication management is my primary focus.
