We take the bottom-up approach when addressing trauma. Our models include EMDR, CBT, ACT, DBT, Cognitive processing therapy, and Prolonged exposure therapy. We can assess, diagnose, and treat the following conditions such as anxiety, PHOBIAS, panic disorder, trauma and PTSD, ADHD, and adult autism. We provide psychiatric evaluations, ongoing medication management, and individual therapy. Helping people live a better life is our passion.
