Education
University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Master of Social Work, Master of Social Work, 2022
Work HistoryMany people seek therapy when they notice that their emotions or reactions are starting to interfere with the way they want to show up in their daily lives. My path formally began at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where I earned my Master of Social Work and started training in clinical practice. I’ve been working in the field since 2022, building experience with children, teens, and adults who are dealing with anxiety, mood changes, attention-related challenges, family strain, and the emotional impact of major transitions. My background growing up in a military family shaped the way I pay attention to stress and adjustment, and it continues to influence the way I understand the stories clients bring into the room. In therapy, I focus on helping people recognize the patterns beneath their distress and develop skills that make their emotional world more manageable. If you’d like support, you can reach me through Insight Therapy Solutions at 888-409-8976.
