In what ways have your personal experiences influenced your work with your clients?
Dr. Baptiste’s passion for serving underrepresented populations, particularly people of color and immigrant communities, was born from her earliest childhood experiences in Montreal, Canada; bred within the bicultural, biracial, and bilingual context of her family of origin; and later, continuously reinforced through living in a uniquely diverse and culturally vibrant neighborhood in otherwise homogenous Vermont.
