Education
Touro University Worldwide, Associate of Applied Arts, Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy with emphasis in Licensed Professional Clinical Counseling, 2022
Work HistoryI grew up in Hawaii and studied psychology at UH Hilo before getting my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University Worldwide. I don't see myself as the expert in the room, you know your life better than anyone else. What I bring is a different perspective and some tools that might help you see things in a new way. I work with teens and adults dealing with anxiety, relationship struggles, family tension, and those in-between moments when you're not sure who you're becoming. A lot of my clients are women working through transitions (new jobs, breakups, parenthood, or just feeling stuck). I pull from person-centered and narrative approaches, which basically means we'll spend time understanding your story and figuring out what needs to change. Sometimes that's practical problem-solving, sometimes it's deeper work on how you see yourself. I also work with couples and families when the issue isn't just individual. Not sure if we're a good fit? Tell me what's been going on and we'll figure it out together. If you’d like support, you can reach me through Insight Therapy Solutions at 888-409-8976.
