Get To Know Me
What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
I strive to work from an intersectional lens, looking at how every aspect of who you are and the life you've lived interacts with one another. I work alongside my clients to create an environment where they feel secure to examine parts of themselves that can produce uncomfortable feelings. I enjoy helping my clients, whether individually or in couples therapy, to learn how to best advocate for themselves, their needs, and their desires. One of my favorite aspects of my job is normalizing things to help reduce self-doubt, shame, and isolation.
