Work HistoryHi! I offer individual therapy to California residents. I utilize a cultural relational therapy style and specialize in working with adults who are creatives, artists, the LGBTQIA+ community who are experiencing grief, depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, personality disorders, entertainment business stress, in recovery or struggling with substance use and/or disordered eating, and issues with sex, sexuality, trauma, chem-sex, inner child wounds, and body image by using exploratory harm reduction techniques. Connecting with satisfaction and contentment with life can lead to fulfilling potential, discovering meaning, and joy. Hi! I offer individual therapy to California residents. Connecting with satisfaction and contentment with life can lead to fulfilling potential, discovering meaning, and joy. I am trained in helping people recover from adverse experiences & trauma (direct/witness violence, sexual, spiritual, relational, mental, emotional). I enjoy helping clients with relational issues like sexual/romantic intimacy, modern & dynamic relationship styles, sex positivity, and connection with themselves, others, & their inner child. Working in the entertainment business for decades as a performer has given me a unique & playful perception of the biz and helped me to have valuable perspective in helping clients; particularly those in the industry. Developing new ways to cope, evolve, and maintain thriving relationships can be challenging but ultimately is an opportunity to grow.
