In what ways have your personal experiences influenced your work with your clients?

I engage with individuals, couples, families, and groups, focusing passionately on those navigating various losses—from loved ones and health to the familiar fabric of life. Having personally weathered the storm of losing my husband to ALS, I intimately understand the emotional roller coaster caregivers, widows, and widowers endure, along with the patient's struggles of control, fear, and pain. In my practice, I integrate different modalities for managing treatment side effects, pain, stress, sleep, memory, and concentration. My commitment is unwavering—to cultivate a safe, supportive space where clients freely express themselves. Together, we actively navigate trauma, grief, and loss with profound empathy and understanding.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

As a psychotherapist specializing in grief and loss, psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, and other eclectic methods, I offer a unique blend of understanding and support. Each client's journey is met with unwavering empathy, fostering resilience and unlocking transformative possibilities in your life. I’ll give you the tools that you need to begin the healing process. With a heart devoted to well-being I craft a personalized approach, blending traditional and modern methods. Your story is unique, and so is the care you'll find here—a collaborative, transformative journey awaits.

What should we know about your experiences and background?

Over three decades ago, I embarked on a journey dedicated to guiding clients through the intricate process of healing from trauma, loss, and grief. My extensive experience spans from my private practice, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, and The Cancer Support Community (formerly, The Wellness Community).
