Get To Know Me
What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
I consider curiosity to be a professional requirement. In 2025 I read 27 books alone in addition to my continuing education. I also believe that I can learn something from anyone which is why I love what I do. I am currently pursuing a certification in sex therapy and some books on my current read list are "Can't Hurt Me" by David Goggins, "Mating in Captivity" by Esther Perell, and "Everything is F*cked, a Book About Hope" by Mark Manson (I have read "The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck" by Mark Manson at least 4 times).

Work HistoryMy therapy career started out of a curiosity of why people do what they do. Since then I have been a voracious consumer of data and research. I have enjoyed seeing people grow whether it is through academics, health, or overcoming obstacles. I finished my grad school education with a focus on person centered approaches and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I have been in private practice since then and have seen tremendous progress from people that used to think that therapy was stupid or not for them.
