Work HistoryHi there, I'm Whitney! I use a relational, holistic, and integrative approach to facilitate healing and change to help you reach your goals! I work with a wide range of mental health concerns from anxiety and depression, autism and ADHD, to deeper issues with meaning, identity, purpose, and motivation. I also enjoy working with individuals who have a history of residential treatment, students, athletes, career minded individuals, those going through life transitions, and those coping with injuries or disabilities. Whatever you are going through - I prioritize meeting you there and working collaboratively. Informed by my education, training, and personal life experiences, I dedicate myself to your best interest and a nonjudgmental space, where you will receive genuine support and gentle guidance. My clients' comfort is of my utmost importance, followed by enhancing opportunities for growth and fresh perspectives. While I take mental health seriously, I enjoy incorporating humor, lightheartedness, and celebration along the way.
