My personal experience, with myself and people I know personally has led me to the belief that people, no matter their current situation or circumstance, want to be the best version of themselves. If given a chance and proper support they can find a way to do that.

Work HistoryI've had a lot of life experience. From my time in the Marine Corps to life as a counselor. I spent a year working at Denton County MHMR with a wide variety of clients and situations. I also was able to help people work on numerous types of substance use issues while I was there. I've also seen a lot of trauma and grief, personally, and with friends and family. I'd like to use my experience and training to help you with yours. The most important thing to remember is help is out there for you. Looking on this site is the first step in finding it.
