Work HistoryI specialize in working with high achievers, professionals, individuals with trauma backgrounds, medical professionals/EMS, substance use concerns, and anger management. My experience includes working at a domestic violence agency, where I facilitated an anger management group for women offenders, as well as at a rape crisis center and various community settings. I also have a strong background in adoption and attachment work, having spent years as an adoption specialist and having personal adoption experience. My recent trainings include EMDR and Internal Family Systems, which I love integrating into my practice. On a personal note, I’m married and a parent to three children, including teenagers.
