Work HistoryI’ve spent several years working in a crisis center with families and teens, mostly doing family therapy and helping teens with things like emotional regulation, communication, self esteem, and conflict. That experience really shaped how I show up in therapy room, and that hasn’t changed. I still focus on meeting people where they are and supporting them through tough moments. Since 2023, I’ve been in private practice working with couples and young adults. A lot of my work now focuses on infidelity, rebuilding trust, relationship struggles, breakups, and self esteem.
