Work HistoryIf you’ve ever felt like you're too much, not enough, or just plain stuck, I want you to know you're not alone. Most of the people I work with come in carrying a deep sense of exhaustion, confusion, or frustration with themselves, their relationships, or the world around them. And over the years, my work has centered around helping folks untangle those heavy layers and reconnect with who they truly are. My approach has been shaped by years of walking alongside people through anxiety, OCD, relational struggles, identity questions, and burnout. I've worked with clients in different stages of life, from kids navigating big emotions to adults unpacking years of patterns. Across each experience, my goal has been the same: to offer grounded, compassionate support that doesn’t rely on shame, quick fixes, or a one-size-fits-all solution. I've developed specialties in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and anxiety, as well as somatic and brain-based practices like brainspotting to work with trauma, emotional overwhelm, and nervous system dysregulation. What that really means in everyday language is, I help people learn how to feel their feelings without being consumed by them, and to build new ways of responding that align with the life they actually want to live. Beyond clinical techniques, what’s shaped me the most is simply listening to people. The couples who feel like roommates. The parents trying to stay gentle while also managing chaos. The individuals navigating grief, identity, or a sense of disconnection from themselves. These stories have taught me how to slow down, get curious, and hold space without judgment. If my full rate of $120 is too steep, I offer sliding scale rates, flexible evening hours, and a warm, collaborative space for growth. The name says it all, because healing doesn’t come from being perfect, it comes from being fully and unapologetically human.
