What is your style/approach to therapy?
During our sessions I will use many different treatment methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Therapy, and Person Centered Therapy among others. Treatment methods will be chosen depending on the situation and what will help you achieve your goals in the best manor.
What does a first session with you look like?
You can expect to feel heard and respected during our sessions. My goal is that you leave every session with an idea of how we move forward and clarity on the issues we are working on. We are doing this together! I will work on the issues that you want to work on and help you achieve the goals you set for yourself.
