What does a first session with you look like?
Clients will feel very much at ease after being at a safe place to talk just about anything with me and build trust over the first few sessions to go deeper into the issue at hand at clients' terms and pace in subsequent sessions. We work toegether till clients fully ahieve the treatment goals set by themselves.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I use a combination of different treatment modalities such as Compassion-Focused, Client-Centered, Solution-Based, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Trauma-Informed, Strength-Based, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness and more to customize my therapy sessions according to each client's unique needs and situations.
