In what ways do your life philosophy and treatment philosophy overlap?
Internal feelings of safety, meaningful relationships, and a sense of purpose are fundamental to well-being. Depression, anxiety, trauma, and difficult life transitions can have a profound way of limiting these essential elements. In my fourteen years of practice I have found nothing is more impactful than the trusting connection we co-create within session. My approach focuses on creating an authentic space where we can delve into your experiences, thoughts, and emotions, empowering you to chart your unique path forward.ur goals.
I understand that getting into therapy can be a challenge in its own right. I am happy to walk you through logistical concerns and insurance verifications. My hours are between 10 am-3 pm Mon-Fri. All sessions are done through telehealth.

Boston College, Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology and Mental Health Counseling, 2012 — I have been working in counseling for 14 years, with experience spanning colleges, drug rehabilitation centers, inpatient hospitals, and community mental health settings. Over the years, I have gained valuable experience and training that I integrate into my work, bringing a well-rounded and informed approach to my private practice, where I now focus full-time on individual therapy sessions.
Work HistoryI work with individuals who feel overwhelmed by life’s challenges and want to move more authentically and confidently through the world.
