What is your style/approach to therapy?
While meeting with my clients I take great pride in including active listening at all stages of our journey together. I observe for the importance of the patient’s interest, not what I would like to see be accomplished. This is used for initial evaluations, medication management, basic therapy and educational sessions. I use the tools of warmhearted, holistic understanding to treat all my clients.
What does a first session with you look like?
It is expected that by the end of our first session, that we will have developed a plan that is comfortable and appropriate for your needs. Using an acceptance and solution-based framework, we will collaborate together to manage the problem in a healthy way. It is expected to received holistic and compassionate care with every interaction with me.
