What does a first session with you look like?

I offer psychiatric evaluation and medication management for a range psychiatric disorders including ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Schizoaffective disorder, Bipolar disorders, Irritability issues, PTSD, trauma, and OCD. The initial appointment is very comprehensive and it takes 30 mins to 45 mins. Medication is prescribed based upon client preference and the client is closely monitored monthly until stable on the medication. Follow up appointments are 20 mins to 30 mins.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I used evidence based psychiatric assessment tools to evaluate for psychiatric disorders. Sometimes I also do blood work to rule out medication illnesses. I work with patient to choose the best medication for their symptoms.
