I provide hope and a professional environment in order to develop effective strategies and direction for improving goals that are established. With compassion and understanding we work together to build hope within each session.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I use an eclectic approach of cognitive behavior, reality therapy, solution-focused, and psychodynamic psychotherapy. I also encourage homework related to the topics discussed in session.
