How do you determine therapy goals with clients? What does that process look like?
I work with the client when selecting therapy goals. After we have some conversation, we decide together what we want to work toward. When utilizing hypnotherapy, I inform the client that even though we decide what we will work on ahead of time, many times the subconscious mind decides differently and we will go in that direction, because that is all the subconscious will allow. When working without hypnosis, I work with the client and inform them about the goals available for their particular issue and have the client select the one he or she likes the best.
In what ways does your personality influence your approach to therapy?
I am an open and friendly person. Consequently, my approach is upbeat and positive.
In what ways do your life philosophy and treatment philosophy overlap?
I am a deeply spiritual person and I have worked on self improvement for years. The therapy I provide is geared to help my clients to become the best possible version of themselves possible.

Work History
I started my hypnotherapy practice on 2007. My concentration was, and still is, in spiritual growth, past life and life between life regression, and experiencer regression. Then in 2012 I started working as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) in a nonprofit organization. In 2017 I started working as a Licensed Professional Counselor Intern in the Texas prison system; counseling male sex offenders before they got out on parole. I also worked with mental health patients in the state jail system in early 2020. I started working in telehealth at that time. In June of 2020 I started doing telehealth work with CPS clients. It is here that I gained most of my experience working with couples, depression, anxiety, grief, and loss, and all the other areas of therapy in which I work.
