In Eastern Time

What do you think is the biggest barrier today for people seeking care?

During these trying times, most of us feel overwhelmed and don't know where to start and who to contact.

What would be important for someone to know about working with you?

I love my work and will listen to what has brought you to therapy. Using a variety of modalities we will work together to explore what will be most helpful for you at this time emotionally, mentally, and behaviorally. I use a kind and firm approach to help clients challenge what keeps them stuck in patterns. What you are feeling matters and we will help to explore your strengths and help empower you to move forward to live an authentic life.

What do you view as a key component of the therapeutic relationship?

To treat others as with respect, kindness and a non-judgemental stance in a safe environment.

Work History

I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults of all ages with a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression relationship problems, parenting concerns, learning differences, trauma and behavioral issues. I use an eclectic approach to fit the needs of my clients which will help reduce symptoms and help free them from certain patterns. I have supported those with loss and grief. I have helped those transition into major lie changes and process trauma.
