I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults of all ages with a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression relationship problems, parenting concerns, learning differences, trauma and behavioral issues. I use an eclectic approach to fit the needs of my clients which will help reduce symptoms and help free them from certain patterns. I have supported those with loss and grief. I have helped those transition into major lie changes and process trauma.
